What makes invisible anxiety particularly challenging is that it often hides behind competence.

- The responsibilities continue being managed.
- Yet the emotional cost remains largely unseen.
In many cases, anxiety is not rooted in the present moment. It is rooted in anticipation of change, uncertainty, and the fear of becoming irrelevant in a rapidly evolving world.
Awareness is often the first step toward change.
